The target net profit of the company for they year was met and we made it even more. As a celebration for meeting our target, the chief executive officer declared that we will going to have an outing together with all the staff at the company. And for the additional, the staffs will get a bonus as a reward for doing their job very well.
The company became one of those leading company that has more profit than what they expected. Because of this phenomena, more investors pledge their investment to the company which can make it more profitable if the same management will continue what they were doing. All of us staffs were working altogether throughout the year and for every problem that our company encounter, we never loose hope and we did our best to solve it together.
Now that the year was ended, we were all glad when we heard about the news that the profit of the company exceeds the target that’s why we were going to have outing. The outing is two days and two nights at a resort out of town so we prepared everything that we will going to bring. Most of my workmates brought make up kits and hid kits that they will going to use when they were at the resort.
It feels very nice that you exceed the expectation for you of others specially your manager. After all of the hard work you have done and everything that you did, it is all worth it when someone appreciate it. We will surely have inspiration to do the same thing or to do more on the next working year. Although the expectation is much higher than before, we will going to do everything just to fulfill that expectation and try to exceed it for the second time.
