Be a Donor

My best friend was a successful businessman and he owned a lot of properties. He have four houses, five different types of cars and two boats. Last year he donated one of his four houses into a charity. He decided to get into a House Donations because he just want to help the people there in the charity that doesn’t have a shelter. And for him it really feels good when he was able to help them.

And this year he was planning for a Car Donations and Boat Donations. Some of his relatives are asking why he had doing such thing without getting any benefit from it. He said that even though he didn’t get anything out of donating his houses, car or boat he still get his own self satisfaction from it and also a peace of mind. They ask him again what peace of mind he had been talking about and he answered them that being able to help was already a fulfilment in his life and that was his purpose to help other people. So if he was able to help other he already feel satisfied with his life. And for him, that’s the true essence of living to help other people who are in need.

Time Management

It is the middle of our class when our professor decided to dismiss us early. I do not have anything to do with the spare time so I decided to go to the computer lab and make my time reasonable. There was a long line beside the door. Great. I have to wait for some time. I guess many students now are more aware of time management. I patiently waited until is my turn to enter. I left my bag on the baggage counter. I am only allowed to bring my pens, paper and valuable things. I brought my wallet and cell phone. After all, my cell phone is my life. I did some research. I have seen something about dildo, anal toys, and bdsm sex toys. Gross. I just close the browser and went to our class room.

Flag Ceremony

It was Monday morning. I am going to be late for school. My alarm clock did not do what it has done. I immediately took a shower. I do my bathroom routine pretty quick. I wore my clothes as fast as I can. I have not even tied my shoes. After that, I immediately rush to the waiting tricycle.

I arrived at school late. The flag ceremony already started. I got scolded by my teacher for being late. I deserve it. I know very well that Monday is flag ceremony day and I should go to school early. Principal is already starting the prayer so I immediately tried to catch up. On the left corner of our stage, I saw the janitor holding flag cases. Only then did I notice that the flags on our flagpoles are all new. They are bigger than the old ones and the colors are brighter. It enlightens my mood to see those beautiful flags.

The national anthem finally started. Our teacher led the singing. Her voice is really good. I admire and envy her at the same time. All the students in our school sang a loud. The wonderful flags give us more energy. Surprisingly, they have not notice at all that the flags were new until we started singing our national anthem.

I promised myself that I won’t be late again. Although it is better late than never, I still should have known better.

Better Place to Stay

I am willing to rent an apartment if my work place is far away to my house. Almost people who work far to their place are renting an apartment especially those people who work in different country. Some are renting an apartment for business purposes and others are for vacation only but whatever the reason renting an apartment is good than checking in the hotel.

Yesterday, I woke up early morning for I need to go to a mall to buy all the things I need for two weeks staying in Moscow. I have a business trip to Moscow, I need to participate with our investors and I am the representative of our company. When I arrive I call first the hotline of my apartments, actually I don’t have any idea about the features of my apartment the company is the one who choose that apartment. When I’m in the apartment, I’m so amazed of the features. It is Luxury apartment for short term rentals. They make sure that even the visitor stayed for a short time they can experienced to live in a luxury type of apartments. There’s a lot of Apartment rentals in Moscow you can choose where you want to stay. Once you lodge in Moscow they have called Lodging in Moscow for daily rentals which means you don’t need to have a hard time finding your right apartment.

I’m in with the Right Guy

I’m so shocked when my parents told me that I need to marry the son of their friend. The guy is nice and he is good looking he came from a wealthy family. Actually I’m fortunate because I will become her wife soon. Even thought this is the first time we met I know that I love him; I’m so impress with him. He has the entire feature I want.

My problem is how I can make sure that the guy will fall in love with me. It’s very hard with a relationship that we don’t have the same feeling. He only treats me as a friend and not as a partner. I want him to become happy with me. I ask the advice of my friend if she can help me with my problem but unfortunately she can’t help me. She just recommends me to ask advice to those professionals who offer their legal advice. It is free advice and they are not charging anything. They can give relationship advice to those people who have problems in their relationship like in my concerns. Their advice is really helpful l I am sure now that my partner will fall in love with me and even I got married at 18 I am happy because I am with the right guy.

I Have My New Car

I have a new car actually it’s not new, it’s a second hand car. It is a 90’s model. I love the build of the car but I want to change some of the details of the car. Actually I want to customize it fit with my personality. Its details some stuffs like the projector headlight, the halo headlight and the spoiler those are my priorities for now and hopefully I can change it as soon as possible. The other stuffs will follow next if there is still left on my savings. After 2 weeks, I already changed the projector headlight and the halo headlights but the spoiler wasn’t yet changed because I cannot choose what is the best, so I still waiting for the new arrival of it. But I still have my problems the break was quite not in good condition. And that is a threat for my safety and I need to priorities it. After a week the break was already ok but there is still a problem the starter of the car was now not in good condition. My car now is getting to my nerves, I ‘m always in trouble. So I decided to sell my car and buy a new car.

My Girlfriend Who Hates American Flags

My girlfriend really hates to see American flags as it represents Americans. Yes, she hates Americans as she has a bad experience with American visitor that our company had accommodated. It the only problems I have to her, she didn’t submit to me and she always want to do what she want without considering my opinion. But even though she is like that I still really love her as she accepts to know the fact that she hurts me a lot of time when we are dealing with Americans, because she show no respect to all Americans.
And even though I am the one who always deal with American I am still be able to control my self in dealing with them as they always show me good things and for that I make some sports flags to represent our sportsmanship and dealership together, even though it’s like a patriotic decoartions for us. But it always turned out that I am still the one who has the right to such as things that really required my authority. That’s why even though we always fought one another we still able to love each of us because we have already understand what are the things she didn’t like and what are the things that I didn’t like.
For I love her what ever she is, and I am going to love her, the rest of my life.

Every month she wants to renew everything she has. Last month she got her new released car, and the latest cell phone in town.

When she hears something new she wants to have it no matter what. And because she has the money she can do whatever she wanted. Her classmates were talking about this new Body Contour Center “The Sono Bello”. Her closest friend got her new perfect flanks. And all of her friends consulted already to the clinic and they already experience the services in Sono Bello. Now her friends can fit whatever dress she wanted. And Stacy looks back in the mirror she has a perfect body nothing to renew. But still she wants to experience what Sono Bello offers. She wants to reshape her arms to be more feminine. She got the procedure her arms now are more perfect. And she keeps on recommending it to her dad who had bulgy fats on their tummy and to her mom who had a double chin.
